The most fun you can have this side of the Dollar Menu

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

I’m fortunate to have an employer that leaves me to my own devices and puts up with my growing collection of automotive knickknacks. I still contend there’s no better way to spend 94¢ or so then on Hot Wheels or Matchbox.

Who else out there has yet to outgrow this stuff?

If you ever get a chance to visit the PRI show in Indianapolis, you won’t regret it. There’s some good stuff in the magazine that you can translate over to a bunch of different businesses.

Any daughter boyfriend that’s into die cast and models is already a step in the right direction. I’ve got a few cars I need to put together, but man dedicating the time to something like that is tough!

You ought to find at least one cool thing to stick somewhere. It’s good food for inspiration and creativity. It’s also a solid distraction....... but that’s not the point!

On my desk at work. The rocks where stuck In my work boots. Kept them cause they have some gold dust in them.

I work in a gold mine, so even our gravel has traces of gold.

I have a hard time not buying Matcbox cars. My previous job I had Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars pinned to the cubical wall. This job my desk is a mess of work stuff.

I wonder which has more: the gravel, or the chips?

I call them the equivalent to 3D baseball cards for gearheads.

I buy them frequently, and have what I thought was a large collection, but recently I read that it is probably barely average....

I had a few on my office window sill until the remodel started... now two weeks into the new office, and I haven’t yet put them back up.
